Project Description
Business is being disrupted. New business models, exponential technology, agile ways of working, and regulations are constantly changing the way organizations work. Pandemic has accelerated this transformation, grounded in human experience principles and which, in turn, can drive sustainable change on a behavioral, cultural, and organizational level. HR has a key role to play in such times with Engagement which is not restricted to Wellness alone. It is a constant effort from Hiring to exit and beyond.
Project Scope
The objective is to understand the HR`s Role in different areas with regards to Engagement from Hiring to proper induction, Learning and Development, Wellness Programs, Post appraisal outcome tracking to Culture Branding and beyond.
Student Task
Students are expected to design surveys, conduct data analysis, draw meaningful conclusions, and formulate policies based on any one of the following engagement areas:
a) Hiring to onboarding,
b) Learning and Development,
c) Wellness Programs,
d) Post-appraisal outcome tracking, or
e) Culture Branding.
