Project Scope
Project ensures good business development model and marketing strategies are implemented to increase the footfall in the hospital hence increasing the revenue.
Student Task
The administrators and students having interest in Marketing and Business Development will be benefited by the project.Students have to submit their presentation individually then only the project will be completed. Sample size of 20 referring doctors and 10 companies to be taken.Firstly review to be taken about the services currently offered and then implementing the new strategies to increase the Business and revenue of the hospital.
